  3. Removal & rot inspection. Old windows out, rot documented before installation.
  4. Flashing & weather barrier. Sill pan, tape, head flashing — the detail that decides whether a window lasts 30 years or leaks in 5.
  5. Window install. Plumb, level, square. Foam-insulated perimeter. Interior trim returned cleanly.
  6. Walkthrough. Final inspection with you. Manufacturer warranty and our workmanship warranty in writing.
