Composite siding — Tacoma & Puget Sound

Composite Siding Installation in Western Washington.

Composite siding combines premium wood-look texture with low-maintenance performance — no painting, no rot, no warping. It is the answer for homeowners who love the look of real cedar but want a "set it and forget it" exterior. We install premium composite siding lines across the South Sound.

Why homeowners choose it

Why composite is the low-maintenance premium pick.

No painting, ever.

Color is locked into the board through-and-through. No fading, no repainting every 7-10 years like wood or fiber cement.

Will not rot, warp, or split.

Composite materials do not absorb water the way wood does. Insects ignore it. Sun does not crack it.

Real wood texture.

Premium composite lines are formed from real wood-grain molds — the texture and shadow lines look authentic up close, not plastic.

Long manufacturer warranties.

Most premium composite lines carry 25-50 year manufacturer warranties on the material itself.

FAQ

Quick answers homeowners ask.

Does composite siding fade?

Premium composite lines are color-locked through the board, and most carry a 15-30 year fade warranty. We only install lines with strong fade performance.

How does composite compare to fiber cement?

Composite is lighter, often easier to install, and never needs painting. Fiber cement is heavier, fire-resistant, and may have a slightly more "real" texture. Both are great — depends on priorities.

Is composite siding fire resistant?

It is more fire-resistant than wood but not Class A like fiber cement. We can discuss whether that matters for your specific site.

What warranty comes with composite?

Manufacturer warranty varies by brand (25-50 years typical). PrimeGuard adds our 2-Year Workmanship Warranty + Manufacturer Warranties on top.
