Coverage by project type
We back every install. The length of the workmanship coverage depends on the product type because some materials are engineered to last decades and some are engineered for value.

What's covered
If a covered issue comes up, you contact PrimeGuard. We respond within 5 business days, assess within 30 days, and complete repairs within a reasonable time. Emergencies (active leaks, falling material) get a 72-hour response.
Fine print — honest version
Most contractor warranties hide the limits. Ours are written in plain language and in your signed contract.
Total liability under the warranty for all claims combined is capped at the total contract price you paid for the project. This protects both sides and is standard in residential exterior warranties.
Lifetime coverage applies to the original homeowner's period of ownership. If you sell the home, the warranty transfers one time to the next buyer, then ends.
The warranty page is a summary. Your specific coverage, exclusions, and any project-specific notes live in the signed installation contract you receive at the start of every project.
