PrimeGuard Exteriors LLC is based right here in Puyallup, Washington. Before starting the company, our team spent years on exterior crews learning what holds up to Pacific Northwest rain and what doesn't — and where most installers cut corners.

Today we serve homeowners from Seattle and Bellevue down through Puyallup, Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Olympia, and the South Sound. We focus on two services only — siding and replacement windows — because focus is how you get great.

We are family-owned and second generation. Our owner’s father ran a siding crew for 14 years, and he started on the jobsite himself at 15. Today PrimeGuard runs two crews across the South Sound — siding, replacement windows, doors, trim and exterior paint.

James Hardie ALLIANCE enrolled. Every job carries our 2-year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer’s warranty on the products we install.
